Hello, my name is Zhenia.
I am an energy healing facilitator working with multi-modalities to support my clients to embody their unique voice, creative expression and intuitive gifts by centering creative play, emotional awareness, inner child work, rest and self-care.
I view these as revolutionary tools that can help us to dismantle internalized systems of oppression and create a more caring and compassionate world for ourselves and our communities.
All my offerings, from one-on-one to group sessions, are compassionate and collaborative containers for authentic connection, vulnerability, intuitive guidance and creative expression.
As a first-generation immigrant refugee, I come from a resilient and creative lineage of Ukrainians who lived humbly, honored the land, were guided by seasons and cycles in nature and worked with local plants and folk healing traditions that continue to nurture me and the healing facilitation I offer.
I am a fiercely proud mother to my Virgo nature child and a devoted life partner to an enigmatic Scorpio. Most days, you can find me at the Maple Street Community Garden in Flatbush, Brooklyn/Lenapehoking, getting my hands dirty and helping beautiful things grow. From compost education and cultivating the next generation of land stewards to adding splashes of art and color throughout the garden, I love creating opportunities for people to connect with the land, each other, and their own creativity in this incredible urban green space.
As an extension of my healing work, I am also a sustainability educator offering workshops and multi-day trainings to support sustainable volunteer cultures in community gardens and the non-profit sector. You can read more here.
